Please try enabling the following options which should allow to forward DNS requests from other Tailscale devices to AdGuard Home:

Applications - AdGuard Home - AdGuard Home Handle Client Requests

Network - DNS - Override DNS Settings of All Clients

Go to Luci - Network - DHCP and DNS - Filter and uncheck 'Local service only'.
We use the Flint 3 v4.8.3 to test and it works fine.
