Any way to setup a WISP connection to a hotel WiFi and a USB connected phone/modem using the USB device as a secondary source of internet?

I frequently have spotty hotel wifi but would like to fall back to a secondary source of internet.

yes, that is what the router do by default. It has 4 WAN connections

cable > repeater > tethering > modem

If one method doesn’t work it will failover to the next method.
