E750 adapter heating approximately to 40-45 degrees (Celsius)
Is it normal? Should I be worried?

I would assume it is a normal temperature, depending on the power it needs to convert.
As long as you can still touch it, it should be fine.

You mean it’s output? It is standard 2A/5V

Yeah, but at the end it heats up by converting the input power to the requested output power. So if the device draws more or less, the temperature might be higher or lower.
So depending on battery level it should be warmer or colder, imho.

It’s true. But not it too hot? For example FLIR shows me 51 on USB socket (inside). I think it is a little cooler as metal surface is a little bit incorrect because of how FLIR works

You mean the power adapter, not the router itself?

I never monitor this. If E750 is charged the adapter should cool down.

It is cooling down after charging. Can you please test if this temp is normal?
Do you have sample?

It seems OK. When it has high output power it is hot.
