Error -7Get Mullvad Address Fail! on GL-MT300V2 4.3.25

Using a GL-MT300V2 router with the latest 4.3.25 firmware

Been running fine for a couple of months. After a small break my internet connection stopped working so I did a factory reset. Again, fine for a couple of days, but now I am getting an error -7Get Mullvad Address Fail!

Mullvad help have assure me that the account is still active.

I can get access to the internet through firefox, just cannot access mullvad site or anything at all through mullvad browser

Hi,

Thank you for the information.

Could you please try the following:

  • Please go to NETWORK → DNS, set Mode to Manual DNS, and select another DNS provider, such as Cloudflare or Google Public DNS, from the DNS Server 1 drop-down list.
    Then try accessing mullvad.net and adding the Mullvad account again.

  • If possible, please connect the Mango to a different Internet source, such as a mobile hotspot, and test again.

Thanks, changed the dns, and back up and running. Appreciate the help
