Error when connecting Open VPN

Hi, currently I am trying to connect to the VPN using CyberGhost and Nord VPN, but none of both aren’t working, does anyone can help me to solve this ?
This is my current router Model:
GL-MT3000 Wi-Fi 6 Travel Router (Beryl AX)

I am getting the following error log:

That a bad useriid/password error.

NordVPN changed its authentication procedure a month or two ago. You no longer use the same credentials as the NordVPN website; instead, you have to set up “Service Credentials” which provides a special userid/pasword for when you manually set up a VPN connection (“manually” as opposed to using an app provided by NordVPN).

Go to the NordVPN website and log into your account. On the left-hand side menu, click on NordVPN (under Services). Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Set up NordVPN manually”. You will then be asked to confirm your identity; you’ll be sent a six-digit code to your email which you will be asked to key in. You will then be taken to Services > NordVPN > Manual setup where you can copy your service credentials which you then use on your router.
