Error when trying to set custom DNS server

I get the following error when trying to setup “DNS over TLS (Cloudflare or NextDNS)” on custom DNS server:

“Before turning on this feature, Please turn off other DNS settings.”

Please help.

In the same page, do you have any other DNS settings? e.g. custom dns servers?

If not, may you encounter a bug that when upgraded from old firmware and reserved settings, the setting was messed up.

You can do a firmware reset to fix this.

I found what was it, having the adguard home on makes it not possible to set cloudflare or nextdns.

Adguard need to take care DNS. You need to set up dns servers in Adguard
