Error with opkg list-upgradable

Hello, i have some error with "opkg list-upgradable" command in terminal, can any one help me to fix this?
\Overlay\ folder is in external usb drive

Check your opkg configuration:
/etc/opkg.conf

Make sure the 'option overlay_root' path has been updated to your custom installation location, examle, if the /mnt/sd1 is your external usb drive
option overlay_root /mnt/sda1

I change it as you say:

dest root /
dest ram /tmp
lists_dir ext /var/opkg-lists
option overlay_root /dev/sdb1

and i try

option overlay_root /tmp/mountd/disk1_part1

My mount point, usb flash with /overlay is /tmp/mountd/disk1_part1 |18.71 GiB / 19.90 GiB

But have same errors with both variant

Reset back to:
option overlay_root /overlay

And may try this method:

The installation directory of the opkg plugins in /usr/lib/opkg/
Copy the opkg plugins folder to the external disk, example:
cp -r /usr/lib/opkg/ /tmp/mountd/disk1_part1
Create a sym-link at the path of the original opkg plugins folder, point to the new opkg folder in the external disk. Bring the system to find the new path of the opkg:
ln -s /tmp/mountd/disk1_part1 /usr/lib/opkg
Reboot

Post #3 is mine.
I do as you say copy folder and etc
cp -r /usr/lib/opkg/ /tmp/mountd/disk1_part1
I show it in screen, all file is copy
But error is same.

Upd. Oh I forget about this:
Reset back to:
option overlay_root /overlay

Try it tomorrow.

I assume you have some modify commands/steps are wrong before my commands posted...

Reset the router and delete the opkg folder in the U-Disk, and do that again, also please check the screenshoots I posted.

This is is a main line of problem, that i don't want to wipe my router, i have many installed and configured package that i don't want gone. But if the are no any solution, i must do this. Any way thanks for trying to help.
