eSIM EOITClub with GL-E750V2 - esimaccess.com

Hey,

I'm struggling to get eSimAccess.com eSIM's working within europe. I've tried using the USB to activate, as well as on the device panel too. I've tried manually putting in the APN, and changing the IMEI and TTL and still get the "SIM card not registered" error.

Any advice on how to get this working? The free eSIM data plan with the EOITClub seems to work fine.

Thanks,

James

Hi James,

What's the firmware version of the router? If it's v4.3.x, after switching the esim profile, go to the INTERNET ->Cellular ->Modem Management, click "Soft Reboot" to reboot the modem and try it again.

Hello,
I bought a GL-E750 (Mudi 4G) and I’m currently in Ukraine using a Vodafone UA SIM-card.
The SIM card not registered.
What I have already tried:

Changed IMEI
Changed TTL
Changed APN

Hi, please run the following AT commands and share the output here to check:

I apologize, but over the past few days something has changed: I have a friend who owns a GL-XE300. Using his router, I cloned the IMEI that I then set on my E750v2, inserted the SIM card, and this way successfully registered the SIM in the Vodafone network. After that, I moved the SIM card back to the E750v2 and everything started working.

Are the requests/logs you asked me to provide still relevant? The original problem with the E750v2 has not gone away anywhere. I bought this device specifically to increase my privacy/protection, and at least once a month I need to be able to change both the SIM card and the IMEI.

I’m sorry for any possible mistakes in this message — I’m using a translator.

Hi.
It's time to change the SIM card, and the same thing happens again:
SIM card not registered

Some SIM cards have special usage restrictions, for example, the need to use a specific APN. If your SIM card cannot be registered, please check with your network operator to see if your SIM has any special restrictions.

Hello,
the command response indicates the sim card is unable to find an available network. Has your sim card been activated? Can you insert it to other devices and check whether it works?

Hi.
The SIM card is fine. I have already changed the SIM card twice and this problem is repeated, I register the card using GL-XE300 (it registers without problems) copying IMEI and then rearrange it to GL-E750 and then everything works, but it is very inconvenient.

Is the IMEI number of the XE300 the original one? Based on your feedback, it appears that your sim card has restrictions. I'd suggest to contact your SIM card provider to verify if it is compatible with the routers.

The IMEI on the XE300 and GL-E750 are not oreginal, I take the IMEI from Android and clone the same IMEI on the XE300 and GL-E750 so that the network can see the router as a regular phone.
