Fastest WAN to LAN Throughput

Which one of the routers here has the fastest WAN to LAN throughput?

Seems like either GL-AR300M or GL-MT300A? I don’t plan to use WiFi.

As these are 100Mbps, so all models seems OK.

When testing speed I get 93+ Mbps so the throughput is between this and 100Mpbs.
