It doesn’t show you or tell you but IPV6 is enabled. Many networks don’t like IPV6 (it’s a policy thing).
In the WebUI there should be a way to disable IPV6 for the interface.
In the web ui it should show the Network Status for wired & wireless. Also showing IPV6 addresses.
To see them now you have to go to busy box terminal.

Using the terminal I was able to go into the connman configuration and easily disable this for the Ethernet interface (eth0).
Using terminal and going to /etc/kvmd/user/connman/ethernet*/settings:
IPv6.method=off
After that rebooting and IPV6 is disabled on ethernet inteface eth0.
This should be very easy to add to the WebUI functionality.
