I believe that there used to be an API for some of the routers (there are forum posts which reference it), but I understand from other that it is no longer supported (and the API website is no longer available).
Could I raise a feature request for an API to be able to...?
- Connect to the Spitz AX/3000 using a token
- Pull back some status data (e.g. whether the Internet connection is using SIM or WiFi, and what the current signal strengths of each are)
- Potentially trigger certain changes (e.g. swap the Internet connection from SIM to WiFi)
I use the Spitz in my camper van, and this would allow me to integrate it with Home Assistant, which runs on a Pi in the van.
Thanks for considering this - and apologies if I've missed any documentation/posts which describe how this is already possible!
