On firmware 4.7.1, on occasions Goodcloud will say the gl-x3000 is offline. When this happens, certain devices cannot connect to the internet properly like remote cameras, wireguard on a different downstream router. However, I was able to access the network behind the gl-x3000 router remotely on a computer using google remote desktop. When I remotely reboot the gl-x3000, Goodcloud will recognize the gl-x3000 as online again, and everything working normal again.

It's a known bug of 4.7 firmware, if my memory does not fail.
