On my end, I don't know if this is the same issue as everyone else here, but I updated my own thread with info:
Tl;dr: there's an issue with reloading network config when IPv6 is enabled. Cus I had a VPN on with excludes, it would reload more often to update the excludes list. They are now working on it, and disabling IPv6 fixes it for now.
