Already have Flint 2, thinking about buy Flint 3 this black Friday. Do you think worth it? Always wanted to test 6GHz network.

We think the choice primarily depends on the number of 6GHz-capable devices you have.

  • If most of your devices only support up to 5GHz, Flint 2 will likely provide a better experience. On the 5GHz band, Flint 2 supports 4x4 MIMO and delivers higher speeds than Flint 3.

  • If the majority of your devices support 6GHz, Flint 3 may be a better option to take advantage of the newer band.

  • Note that 6GHz has shorter range than 5GHz, so if coverage is a priority, Flint 2 may still be the preferred choice.

If you buy in Amazon or aliexpress you always have a chance to test and return if you don't like it. 6Ghz network is a nice upgrade, idk if gl will make another tri band product like this.

If you want to be a Beta tester for the firmware for the next year, then you should get Flint 3.
