Flint AX1800 repeating LUA RPC error. Only LUCI working

I am running the latest firmware from the Stable release - 4.1.0.
I can no longer use the standard UI, only LUCI works.
The standard UI keeps popping up a dialog which states:
Unknown error occurred. Please check the network environment or reboot the device.

Looking in the Nginx error log the following gets repeated:
*2022/12/20 09:56:13 [error] 4291#0: 1101 [lua] rpc.lua:144: dlopen: Error loading shared library /usr/lib/oui-httpd/rpc/system.so: No such file or directory while sending to client, client: 192.168.0.117, server: , request: “POST /rpc HTTP/1.1”, host: “192.168.0.1”, referrer: “http://192.168.0.1/”

The only extra software I have added is MWAN3, as this is being used to do failover between two ISPs using DHCP on WAN and LAN1.

Rebooting makes no difference and there are no packages showing available updates, although I think I checked for updates before installing MWAN3.

mwan3 is already installed. Seems this breaks the UI.

Probably you have to reset the firmware.

As far as 4.2.0 goes, this is only marked as in the Snapshot channel (so a nightly build) and I installed the latest stable firmware, which is 4.1.0.

The MWAN3 LUCI package isn’t installed, as I did a full reset and had to re-install it.

However the good news is that this has fixed the LUA error.
