Flint GL-AX1800 could not set up on the glinet App

I’m trying to set up my router from the app and every time it tries to sync and it’s finished nothing happens it doesn’t say it’s been completed or anything and my router is the only router in the area. I also tried unplugging it and redoing it and still nothing happens. What should I do?

Maybe you can download the latest router APP first.

Are you connecting to the router's WiFi via your phone (local access) and then making configuration changes through the router app?
Or are you logging into your app account for remote device management?

We need to ensure your device can access the router and modify the configuration. A "Success" message should appear on the page after the change is successful.

If the problem persists, please try upgrading your router to the latest beta version, V4.8.2.
