Flint/MV1000 using VPN and nonvpn at same time?

Hello,
Is possible in any of those routers using a VPN wireguard client connection on LAN1 and not using the VPN on LAN2 ?
I mean could I be using the VPN on my PC1 while my PC2 is not using the VPN at same time?

It is possible.

The easiest way is this: set up 2 vlans, one is bound to private network, another is bound to to guest network. Everything is done in /etc/config/network

Then use vpn polices and set not to use vpn for guest network.
