Here’s sample log of goodcloud on my flint. Unbundled and rebinded dozens of times… don’t know how to fix the issue. It worked fine at one point.
Where would I locate the syslog?

We released a hot update on May 26. Please try again whether it is unbinding and rebinding normally.
BTW, if you need to unbind the router, you need to login to GoodCloud (the account that was originally bound) first, and then unbind it on GoodCloud.
It’s still offline, I don’t get it😭

Please upgrade to the v4.8.0 beta firmware in Flint1.
Did you try disable and re-enable the GoodCloud feature in router?
