and for a few days now that I've been having problems with flint2 I find it disconnected from the wireguard VPN and then to reconnect I have to restart everything

  1. Firmware version?
    Did you try this one? GL.iNet download center

  2. What VPN provider are you using?

  3. Share the logs, so the developers can take a look

Hw did yo verify that the issue is not with wireguard vpn it self or VPN provider??

I'm using Firmware 4.6.8 since it was released and I never experienced this issue.

So try to answer the remaining 2 items from my previous comment.

I have never had this problem before using this firmware I use and tried both shark and private vpn
