Are you running a lot of torrents? I generally see those triggering these types of logs. It means there are too many connections for the configuration of the router. You can either increase the connection count in the router or limit the connections in your torrent client (this is preferred).

If you are not running torrents, maybe someone else is running them on your connection? For most home users that is about the only thing that will generally cause this that I can think of. Using it in a business does not preclude the torrenting guess, either.

No torrents just running a vpn. I was surfing the web when it happened.

Do you think it’s some type of attack or a hacked router?

Can’t rule it out, but you are most likely not a target of hackers lol. This will generally be caused by something inside your network going outbound. That said, if you have something exposed to the internet that is usable in an amplification attack (DNS, NTP, etc.) it could fill up connections tables. This is very unlikely ime. Check all of the clients on your network and make sure you recognize all fo them. You could also use tcpdump on the router to see the nodes communicating.
