From the logs, it appears that Multi-WAN is unable to access the specified address, causing the WAN interface to repeatedly cycle between UP and DOWN states.
Please try going to Admin Panel -> Network -> Multi-WAN and disable the interface status tracking for Ethernet1 to see if this resolves the issue for you.
