Frequent reconnect issue from beryl AX to my local Samsung A54 hotspot

This problem has happened very frequently actually, and was not an issue with firmware 3.

  1. Beryl AX disconnects in router mode frequently, and the following message occurs.
  2. Then it does not connect automatically. When I switch back off my hotspot on mobile and switch it back it on, it connects
  3. when i restart beryl or phone hotspot, it does not connect. Checked hotspot working okay,

Please help me I am suffering because of this. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

  1. May I know is the hotspot 2.4GHz or 5GHz WiFi?

  2. If the relay of Beryl AX is connected to other router WiFi, is this issue reproduced?

  3. Please help us to use a PC or another phone or tablet to do a comparison test. If the Beryl AX and the PC are connected to the A54 hotspot at the same time, when the Beryl AX repeater is disconnected, check whether the PC WiFi is also disconnected?

  4. Please PM me the issue syslog.
