Did you upgrade from firmware 3.x to 4.x ? If you do, please download the IMG file (for Uboot) to flash and DO NOT KEEP SETTINGS, since 3.x and 4.x is not compatible.

Now I can install the cake sqm plugin in cirrus

I can set sqm and speed limit of wifi within the limits of LTE data connection.

The connection latency is greatly improved.

Noticed 1 issue, the LTE connection led light isnt working in the 4.1
doesn’t affect my usage though.
