Sounds like coil resonance of the DC converter.
a tiny drop of glue might do the trick (or silicone, nailpolish, paint, latex) Whatever can dampen the noise / vibration and does not cause a shot circuit or act as a solvent. (as you don’t want to dissolve the plastics of any component either)
