GL-AR300M wifi problems

I have a GL-AR300M.
I had problems with it before but it is getting out of hand.
I can not get it to work anymore.
All lights are burning (2 green and 1 red) and I can not find the router. Not on my computer, not on my telephone and not with my iPad.
When I find it and scan for acces points in finds them. When I try to connect to them I get a time-out. And the router is gone again.
Sometimes a reset works but lately even that does not work.

Generally this is because power adapter. Can you change a more powerful power adapter 5V2A and try?
