Hello Everyone, is there a way to turn off DHCP on a GL-AR300M16?
I’ve looked and cant seem to find the setting anywhere

You cn turn off via LuCI → Network → Interfaces → LAN → Edit → DHCP Server → General Setup → Ignore Interface.

What do you want to achieve?

Generally people want to set the router in bridge mode. If that is the case, go to more settings->network mode and set up.
