I’ve tried the WPA2 only mode but I’m not sure that something has changed.

Why is it advised against using auto mode for the choice of the wireless channel? Shouldn’t the router automatically pick up the best frequency available?

Anyway I’m still having some problems but they are not as serious as in the beginning.
Today I found out that the DNS server of my ISP is flawed and that will surely help me to figure out what is router’s fault and what it is not.
