GL-AR750S No Power

I got a new GL-AR750S few months back from amazon. The router all of a sudden died and no longer powers on. I have tried to from adapter & computer usb, but it does not work. pls suggest. thanks

Sent mail to cs@gl-inet.com on 7th Dec … no response from them. Is there any other way i can contact customer service.
