GL- ar750s teamviewer over LAN no internet connection

I’m trying to setup a portable LAN so that I can remote in to a pc from my android tablet. I turned local connection access on on teamviewer. Whenever I try to connect, I get an error that says there is no route. I set the router up as a repeater to my home network and was able to remote in, but I need to have this work at remote sites without internet. Hopefully someone can help me.

I think this is a problem of teamviewer.

I even could not find where is “local connection access” on teamviewer
