GL-AX1800 - Only LAN port 1 and 2 detected / work

Hi,

i noticed that my new GL-AX1800 only detects LAN Port 1 and 2, Port 3 and 4 is not being shown in OpenWRT and connecting a cable to LAN Port 3 or 4 will give me a link but no data will be transferred.

I’m using the latest uboot file uboot-gl-ax1800-20220711 and firmware Version: 4.1.0

I flashed the firmware via uboot.

Is this a hardware problem?

Hi,Did Port 3 and Port4 work properly before upgrading to SDK4.1 firmware?

Sorry for the late reply, I flashed the firmware of the GL-AXT1800 Slate AX by accident.
