GL-B1300 disable factory reset

How can I disable factory reset feature on this model? I was able to successfully disable factory reset feature on mango box by deleting reset file from /etc/rc.button but with this one even I deleted reset file from rc.button it still does factory reset. how can I completely disable it ?

/etc/rc.button should be the correct file. Now sure why does not work. But you can further check the scripts it calls. It should be like /usr/bin/button_pressed etc.

How do I do that? My goal is to not press the reset button accidentally which I have done and it resets all my settings Thanks

Just remove these files

/etc/rc.button
/usr/bin/button_pressed
/usr/bin/button_released

I ended up opening my mango which was very easy to do. And just removed the plastic button but left the hard button there if needed which I can poke to reset. Thanks
