GL-B1300 not seeing hot spot

Hello, I have a GL-B1300 router with the latest firmware and I cannot repeat to my hotspot. I can see the hotspot created on my phone and connect to it but the router cannot. I restarted the router several times and it still is not seeing the hotspot even if I remove the password. The hotspot is not hidden. I also tried to connect to it manually.

Any idea?

Try to fix channel of the hotspot, ch36 or ch44 if 5GHz hotspot, ch1 or ch 6 if the 2.4GHz hotspot.

Or please let us know these info like channel, BW, Wi-Fi Mode of the hotspot.
