GL-E750 eSIM Profile uploaded but not visible

I have an eSIM card from the EIOT Club. The pre-installed profile is working fine with GL-E750, but things didn't go well when I tried to upload a new profile via the router web interface. The new profile is from my local internet provider.

The upload went to 100%. After that, I refreshed the page but still couldn't see anything. eSIM Profile Number counter became 2 instead of 1. But the table has no entry.

I tried to install the profile for a second time, but it's not possible. I get the error that the profile was used before.

Okay, I found it. The problem was due to Firmware that must be manually upgraded from the link: http://download.gl-inet.com/firmware/e750/esim/

The automatic upgrade script doesn't find the version in the above link. After the upgrade, I can see my esim profile
