Are you trying to repeat a public WIFi Hotspot?
WOWFI is generally considered a hotspot provider, similar to fon.com

Looking at the logs - they give a 900 second lease time on the address which is 15 minutes, and they allow a one time miss, and then you have to log back into their captive portal.
So try disabling rebind and cloudflare TLS, and that might fix your problem.
