GL-inet AR750s 'can't find server'

Hi guys,

Sorry if this is a daft question, but I haven't been able to access the external HD on the router from my iPhone since yesterday. The iPhone is connected to the main Wi-Fi, while the HDs are connected to the Gl-inet router. Now, every time I try, I'm getting 'Can't find server' on the phone. It works fine when the phone is on the GL-inet Wi-Fi - but the thing is, all other gadgets like Chromecast and FireTV are on the other Wi-Fi connection.

Has anyone idea how to fix it?

In advance, thank you.

You have multiple separate wifi networks broadcast by multiple routers?

Yes, I got a TP-Link AXE5400 Archer connected to the wall, then a cable from the TP-link router to GL-inet router.

My FireTV, Chromecast, Echos etc are all on the TP-link Wi-Fi.

I hope it makes sense :slightly_smiling_face:

The GL.iNet router create a firewall. Your devices connected to the main router cannot access deviced connected to GL.iNet router.

I am not sure what is your firmware version. In the latest firmware, when you use storage on the router, there is an option to allow access from the WAN.
