Do you have a link? as i know have Serial UART connected to the board so i can not long test but cap logs live too.

The version I’m using is highly customized with proprietary software, but if you’re looking to test a vanilla/stock version, I can build it for you if that’s what you’re requesting. It’s easy to do.

Sure, i am compiling a version myself to test however its on a J4105 cpu in a VM so it can take 3 days to compile.

So i am willing to test any build for now just to see if the Wireless issue is solved from the other builds i have tested thats landed me in a reboot loop.

Can this be flashed directly from the GL.iNet Admin Panel > Upgrade > Local Upgrade?

If so, which of the 3 files can be flashed? Thanks! Want to try a recent OpenWRT for Flint.

Hi bud just tried yours, It boots ok but adding a second SSID to either radio causes a reboot loop.

Right i managed to compile everything and added everything i needed in. Performing right now nicely with SQM enabled i am not seeing 900ms+ on upstream during bufferbloat tests.

@melskie the .img file is best to flash via Uboot and the .tar file can be done after in LUCI. You can flash the .img with GL WebGUI however if you wish the .tar will not work though.

Sure uploading it to Mega right now as my internet will not be able to handle the on slaught of people downloading from my webserver.

Just bare in mind it was a quick mash up of what i use personally but its less bloaty then the others but no as less bloaty as @darryl 's build.

There will be bugs in it though.

Yes SQM and Cake is included in my build as well as other things like VPN’s etc.
I am plaining on resolving some bugs and will then make a new build after.

One word of warning do not upgrade any packages, install new ones yes but do not upgrade anything as that can cause issues.

Top man. I managed to install the build. Having smart queue management, BCP38 and a lightweight https server installed is fantastic. I noticed that you even went to the effort of including multiple language packages for the installed software. Thank you.

Just starting work on getting the bugs sorted out and then i will include the packages i normally do the for Linksys WRT32x.

Hopefully Gl-iNet can get it ported to stock openwrt kernel soon enough as its been solid for me tonight, no bufferbloat issues and no ram issues. Just solid performance.

Is AX1800 (Flint) still stuck with an ancient OpenWRT version? I looked at the forum messages and various firmware downloads/release notes, but that doesn’t mention any OpenWRT version updates.
