GL-inet Comet Pro RM10 keyboard and mouse not working

I have a GL-inet Comet Pro RM10 connected to a proxmox server, but keyboard and mouse are not working at all, even virtual keyboard does not work.

USB cable is connected to the correct slot. Physical keyboard works good.

I have tried to reset, reboot and multiple configuration. Also tried the instructions below, nothing worked.

Any help is really appreciated, since I’m unable to fully use the device.

Most likely, your USB cable does not support data transfer. I suggest you change the cable or use the Type-C cable included in the package to connect to the controlled computer instead of using it as a charging cable.
