GL.iNet GL-AR750S VPN Setup Issue

I keep attempting to setup the VPN on my Slate through (PIA). I download the zip and upload to the client OpenVPN screen. I receive a success message each time but the screen does not change to show an option to connect. Isn’t the screen suppose to change to show status and management tabs? I am still met with the add a new config screen after a successful upload. Any help?

I’ve also attempted hard resetting and setting up again but still the same issues.

Here is the solution.

This is the reason that you cannot upload ovpn zip with username and password Technical Support for Routers

A lot of users met this problem: When they upload an ovpn to the router, the router asked for username and password. After input these info and click Submit, nothing happens. [image] Here is the reason: You have Bitdefender installed which prevent you to input password for non https website. Make an excpetion rule and add the router’s IP (it is 192.168.8.1 if you didn’t change) in white list.
