i'm planning to buy this router and flash this chinese firmware from openwrt.ai website
it has those all plugins like passwall, openclash etc. i had a x86 system before and worked perfectly.
i saw some people are using it on this router but my questions is will it able to handle 300mbps through v2ray/xray
it only has like 512mb ram right ?

Xray has traffic obfuscation which is different from the common VPN principle. The ARM chip cannot work at 300Mbps via Xray/Vless. Traffic confusion consumes a lot of CPU performance.

How much traffic do you think it can handle? those high speeds only will trigger on rare occasions. otherwise it will be max 40-50mbps.
do u have any other recommendations from Glinet products ? like Mt6000?
Sorry, we cannot go into too much technical detail for this 'protocol', as it is not supported in the GL firmware.
MT6000 will provide the best high-end performance, as the CPU MT7986.
