GL.iNet, please add more RAM to your future routers

I know cost is a concern in any product development. However, it's 2025, and even the Flint 3 has only 1GB of RAM. I don't know when GL.iNet will have a true Flint 2 successor. I am aware that GL.iNet is involved in the OpenWRT Two project. I doubt that project will have a GL.iNet GUI, which I'm already getting used to. If a future Flint 4 or whatever is called, please use a Mediatek chip for full OpenWRT compatibility and a minimum of 2GB of RAM. Ideally, it should have 4GB of RAM. Even better if it has 8GB of RAM. The Nano-Pi R6S has 8GB of RAM and I'm already thinking of picking one up to play with.

Thank you for your time and attention!

I think you can consider the x86 router, RPi, BPi, NPi, etc.

The current demand for this kind of router is not very large in the market.

Who knows, if there is a lot of demand in the future, we will definitely consider releasing such products.

Thanks for your suggestions!

The problem with those other suggestions is that they won't have a GL.iNet GUI, but thank you for the response!

I think the market is waiting for a true Flint 2 successor!

Thank you for your time!

The interface is not bad for basic settings, but of course, ideally, I would like something similar to Keenetic (not in terms of design, but in terms of functionality).

By the way, if it's not a secret, when is Flint 4 planned?)
I would like a more powerful processor and the same WiFi power, or even more powerful)

Unlikely to come out in 2025. 2026 at the earliest. GL.iNet has already announced products for the rest of this year. They're also co-developing the OpenWRT Two router if you're interested.
