Gl.iNet6416 and OpenVPN

I am new to all this. Trying to configure the Gl.iNet6416 and OpenVPN. Is there firmware with it already installed? If not then if I install the OpenVPN-ssl package do I configure it through command line or do I just get the GL-MT300A?

The 2.19 version here should contain VPN

You can also install the luci-app-vpn (or similar name), but I use WinSCP and it’s build in command line editor to config. Still need to issue start\enable at command line or start through luci if installed. (I am on 2.13)
