I have updated software via u-boot (with tftp) but now the device is bricked and on console no message is displayed (probably I have corrupted the u-boot partition on flash);is there a method to do a factory reset and recover my device?

if you damaged the uboot, the only way to recover it is to desolder the flash and program it with a SPI programmer.
