GL-MiFi - Remove PCB to replace micro usb connector

Hi,

I have a GL-MiFi that still works great when it has power, but lately the micro usb connector has become loose. I now need to physically hold the usb cable in place to keep it powered.

I was thinking to try and replace the micro usb connector, but guessing I’d probably need to remove the whole PCB to do that. Is it possible to remove the PCB?

I thought I should ask before I attempt to pry it up!

You need to open the case, and you will have the PCBA with battery.

Disconnect the battery and you will have the pcb. Then use icon to fix the connector. This may be difficult.
