GL-Mifi Verizon Losing Connection ❗

Hello all- I purchased (5) of the Verizon routers and I am experiencing a problem with all of them where all LED, (except for power) go out and I loose WIFI and cellular connectivity. Is this a larger problem?

Where did you buy the Verizon version? Can you talk with customer service or technical support?

I ordered direct from GLiNet. Do they have USA Tech Support?
