First can you try 3.211 firmware, as it comes with updated wifi driver.

I was seeing this happen previously with Beryl. I had to specify a channel(defaults to Auto if that’s not the band used for Repeater mode), once I did that the 2.4 band showed up all the time.
Yes, setting the 2.4 channel does seem to allow it to be seen, however, for me it is completely unstable (not usable). It also does disappear after a while (though it seems to last long than auto). I’m still playing around with it and I need to try the beta firmware.
Was this ever resolved? 2.4 ghz is not working on my brand new MT1300
I upgraded firmware and it’s working great now.
