My apologies I still haven’t try my whole house I haven’t had the time I usually use it when I’m not at home. But still mine is working great. Yes at the beginning I had to factory reset everything until I got it to work. Once I got it I did a final factory reset and did a clean set up. And so far no issues at all. Have you try a factory reset and a new clean set up?
