GL-MT3000 Wireguard server goes offline after a couple of hours

I currently have a Wireguard server that is in my sister's home in the US. It is connected by LAN and has been stable and worked completely fine for about a year, without issue. Throughout the year I've been connecting from outside the country without issue

Since I am not in the country, I have GoodCloud set up to monitor the router.

In the past 3 weeks or so, it's started to have massive issues. Every few hours the router goes completely offline, to the point where it says it's offline in GoodCloud. This causes me to be unable to use the VPN and because it's not online in GoodCloud, I cannot reboot it or do anything.

If sister physically powers it off and on, it starts working again.

There has been no configuration change to the VPN router so I'm not understanding why it suddenly started having issues.

Seems to potentially stop working when I stop using my client and come back later.

Any ideas what would cause this to happen?

Mostly ISP or VPN issue itself.

You should monitor the logs and upload them - before rebooting, since they are lost then.
