GL-MT300N-V2 as router and another as TOR enabled AP?

Trying to figure out if a setup would work before buying another device. What I’m trying to achieve is one device broadcasting a normal WiFi signal and the other broadcasting a different WiFi SSID with TOR/VPN enabled via the physical switch on the device. In my head the following should work

Modem > GL-MT300N-V2 -router mode- (broadcasting “Regular WiFi”) and LAN > switch > GL-MT300N-V2 -ap mode- setup with OpenVPN/TOR broadcasting “TOR WiFi”

Would something like this work?

Actually found an easier way to accomplish my goal by using VPN policy with MAC filtering. Easy enough!
