The problem, in my car for android auto to work you need to connect the USB cable to the phone to start it working. I need the GL.iNet GL-MT300N to connect via usb to the vehicle. Then allow the phone to wireless connect and interface with the usb the mini router is connected on. Hence turning wired to wireless? Is this possible with the GL.iNet GL-MT300N and any idea on the config. Thank you lots
p.s. there are dongle based devices like carlinkit that offer to do this but cost nearly 5x- 6x the cost of the GL.iNet GL-MT300N.
