We have reproduced the issue locally, so we do not need your script at this time, although we appreciate the offer.
Since the issue involves the mtk-eth driver, it may be difficult to fix. However, there appears to be a relevant upstream commit, and we are checking whether it can be integrated and whether it resolves the issue.
